About Ella

Ella graduated from Simon Fraser University in 2019, earning a bachelor of science degree in Interactive Art and Technology. This interdisciplinary major encompasses various disciplines such as visual design, user experience design, web design, animation, 3D animation production, and digital video production. With proficiency across different mediums, Ella possesses the skills to design elements for video games, visual novels, mobile apps, websites, and various print media. Her proactive nature and enthusiasm enable her to embrace new challenges eagerly.

During her Fall 2017 term, Ella's exceptional talent was recognized when she and her team were nominated for the External Development Summit (XDS) Award in Gaming. They created a 3D virtual reality game that aimed to provide viewers with a first-person perspective into the daily life of a person with synesthesia. This nomination showcases Ella's ability to create immersive experiences and highlights her dedication to her craft.

Apart from her academic achievements, Ella also enjoys sketching. From sketching website wireframes to character designs and storyboarding, she recognizes the power of sketching as a vital means of effectively communicating the visual aspects, atmosphere, and feasibility of ideas and concepts.
